PNP Applicants From Pakistan Waiting For Medicals After Receiving AOR

Dear all

I sent my application to CIO for PR , received on 23 rd march 2015.

XEP received : 4th June 2015
EP & UCI received: 12 June 2015
Now waiting for Medical,

Brothers , is it possible that London visa officer will ask for ielts? becuase I had submitted my valid ielts to SINP office, it was expired during nomination process even I submitted my pr application to cio without ielts as per checklist. I am sinp nominee and my occupation is civil engineer


( 2131 type A) , as per check list , no requirement for ielts , only c and d occupation must submit the ielts.

Any experience and guideline please share with me....

Most probably they wil ask regarding valid Ielts from you. You should appear in Ielts if you can before their query....

PR app received by CIC : 06-Feb-2015
AOR received : 24-April-2015 (EXP)
AOR received : 03-June-2015 (EP & UCI)

Status was updated in 5 days, still shows ''application received''

Thank you for welcome.
I applied in Sep/Oct 2014 (submit my application to CIC NS) and since then I don't get any update from my lawyer.
I don't know what's the status of my application, Is it still waiting for UCI number or at LVO waiting for additional docs/medicals
Do yo have any idea?

i also applied in Oct 2014 & received AOR in March. 2015. You should contact to your Lawer or to direct CIC. Because its already too late.

My ecas status is still Application received. They forwarded a new query to me regarding my IELTS . On 3rd june . I checked late. the day before yesterday. I think I need to reappear in the IELTS test. I am going to contact to my lawer & then I will decide.

My bands are 5. But they are not satisfied. My ielts will expire in march 2016.

I am disappointed to see the query related to Ielts beacuse in my case I need 4 bands to qualify.

I am waiting for the reply of my immigration lawer.

I am receiving emails from London Visa Office. & they gave me 90 days for the answer.

yes my visa officer is EFL. Another reason in the email for explanation is " How you will b
ecome economically establish in canada"

I am disappointed the two reasons for explanation they asked from me.

I have a full time approved permanent job from a saskachewan employer & a valid Ielts with 5 bands.( they required minimum 4 )

I dont know why EFL is asking for such explanation.

He mentioned you have 90 days to submit your documents/Explanations.
