What is the question? You must submit all the requested information. There also seems to be concerns about the validity of your marriage after at least 3 years apart. Although Covid was a factor it is incredibly unusual for there to have been in person reunion for 3+ years for newlyweds. Did you get married in Canada? How long did you live together before marriage and after? Was this an arranged marriage? If so we’re cultural practices around weddings followed. Has your spouse been declaring you on their Canadian taxes?

What does simple marriage mean? How many people was there a party? Why could the parents not attend? How long had you been together before marriage?

You need to prepare the documents indicated. You should also be gathering proof that your relationship is real and explain why you haven’t seen each other in
person for so long.
