Hi everyone,
Looking for advice on my case.
Briefly...
My spouse and I have applied for PR in January under CEC (medical and biometric already passed). He is a primary applicant.
We also applied for BOWP for my husband and for OWP for myself, as our previous OWP were about to expire.
My OWP was refused on Feb. 8th.
My husbands BOWP was approved two days later on Feb. 10th.
On my refusal letter it says that I got refused, as I didn’t prove the evidence of my husband been employed under NOC 0, A, B.
Meanwhile, on a government website under Spouses of bridging open work permit (BOWP) holders sections it clearly says...
I’m confused. Is there any possibility that my application was refused by mistake as a proof of NOC is required for any other category, but not CEC. Should I appeal in this situation?

- For spouses or common-law partners of Canadian experience class (CEC) applicants, there are no set preconditions to be met by the principal CEC applicant.
