Oh I get it now.
But still don't know if I agree, considering that two diplomas of different levels would fit CIC criteria but only the higher one would appear in the final assessment.
I really wish there was one case of someone who was accepted/rejected in a case like this. :(
I' haven't been around for long, do you remember any cases like this?
Search the forum for a thread on this topic dating back to May/June last year and a user Sita1987. That member wasn't refused but that thread had a lot of argument on this front so you'll find something in there.

Thanks for the tip, I have read various topics on the subject already but I don't know if this one specifically, I'll look for it tonight.
But as you said, there is a lot of argument on this but I still haven't seen anyone getting rejected/approved (with proof), that's why I asked.

Do remember that not everyone comes back to the forum. So absence of proof isn't proof of absence.

Guys,
thanks for all guidance.

WES has declared Primary applicant's education ( BA(3 years) + MA(2 years) ) as Bachelors (4 years)

Do you guys suggest to get Primary applicant's education re-evaluated from CES now?
People have given good reviews about CES on this forum but it takes too long time to get it done.
But with CLB9+ in IELTS, it will give a real boost to CRS in Express Entry.
Please suggest

No, re-evaluation will likely result in the same assessment.

Both WES, CES and other ECA providers operate according to the same standards and guidelines as provided by CIC. Whether you get another evaluation from WES or CES or any other provider you are likely to get the same ECA assessment outcome.

There are few instances on canadavisa.com where WES & ECS provided different results, in particular, ECS provided higher/better equivalency

You can always submit your profile while you wait for an evaluation from CES and if you get a better score you can update your info. One thing to remember though, if you do get an ITA, just make sure you include both diplomas in you proof of education upload.

When you get a ECA you have to show copies of any diploma/degree used in it's evaluation. There were one or two rejections when the applicants included the ECA reference number and only uploaded one of the degrees used for the evaluation.

Hi

I have got my WES Education Credential Evaluated for Canada Immigration which is summarized below for your expert advice. I am confused whether my Education Credential are equivalent to:

[1] Bachelor's degree OR a three or more year program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute

or

[2] Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years

Almost same in our WES assessment. But in our summary, it states like this

Bachelors degree 3 years AND Bachelors degree 4 years.

This along with some CIC helps question and answer. I've concluded that we are suitable in Two degrees.

If you will ask me couple of weeks ago, I would say you cannot claim Two degrees at it only states a single credential from WES in the summary field. But in one of your link, a guy there receieved a PPR even though he only have one credential in the summary field, but not in each degree he took.

So I would say 95% you can choose Two degrees.

No in this case he CANNOT choose "Two degrees...." as WES has given his summary as "Bachelor's degree (four years)" and considered this as his highest level of education. So he has to choose Bachelors as his degree.

It seems that only Canadian Equivalence Summary does not determine the one or 2 degrees as Indianaspirant has got the benefit of 2 degrees with Equivalence Summary as => Bachelors(4 years)
as he has :
1. He has one degree of 3+ years => bachelors (4 years)
2. He has another degree which lies in the list below (not an exact match but somewhat similar to second last option below from CIC list) => one year of graduate study

Don't want to argue that long but still YES for me.

Just a note: Highest level of education is between

Secondary
Bachelor
Masters
PHD

If you have two Bachelors (3)and(4) years, then the highest credential is Bachelor (not Bachelor 4 years, only Bachelor), but since it is TWO then TWO or more degrees is applicable. :)
