Please map my WES report on Express Entry

If you have two Bachelors (3)and(4) years, then the highest credential is Bachelor (not Bachelor 4 years, only Bachelor), but since it is TWO then TWO or more degrees is applicable. :)

By this, do you mean 2 distinct Bachelors degrees of 3 & 4 years duration? Or a total of 7 years across 2 programs? If yes, that's not how WES is evaluating here.

If you have more than two degrees or diplomas, you will not get any extra points. You should choose the same option as above, unless you have:

a master’s degree, or
a doctoral level degree (PhD).
You will get more points for a master’s or a doctorate, so if you have one, choose it from the drop-down menu.

I too have confusion on My ECA Report. The report is as below.

On what basis?

Please revisit CIC ECA conversion page.
 
It is Bachelors Degree (Four Years). the policy of WES is to report your 'highest' credential for your ECA summary.

Use Occam's razor and go for "Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees....".

You have common sense, WES evaluation, CIC help website backing you up.

I am well aware of the immense pressure of getting everything right from the applicant's side. However, there are times where we must simply look at the facts we have at hand and make our decision based on it.

Here are the facts:

1. Mentioned in CIC Help Centre:

For each entry, if you have two Bachelor degrees, or one Bachelor and a two-year college diploma, choose “Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years.”

2. He has two education credentials assessed by WES:

Except that they don't have 2 Canadian degrees - their 2 foreign credentials have been equated to a single 4 year Canadian Bachelors degree. In other words, none of the 2 degrees are independently worth a Bachelors degree in Canada. Which leads to the conclusion (as stated in Overall equivalency at the top of the ECA report) that they have only a Bachelors ECA.
