Please map my WES report on Express Entry

Don't want to argue that long but still YES for me.

Just a note: Highest level of education is between

Secondary
Bachelor
Masters
PHD

If you have two Bachelors (3)and(4) years, then the highest credential is Bachelor (not Bachelor 4 years, only Bachelor), but since it is TWO then TWO or more degrees is applicable.

By this, do you mean 2 distinct Bachelors degrees of 3 & 4 years duration? Or a total of 7 years across 2 programs? If yes, that's not how WES is evaluating here.

I too have confusion on My ECA Report. The report is as below.

Except that they don't have 2 Canadian degrees - their 2 foreign credentials have been equated to a single 4 year Canadian Bachelors degree. In other words, none of the 2 degrees are independently worth a Bachelors degree in Canada. Which leads to the conclusion (as stated in Overall equivalency at the top of the ECA report) that they have only a Bachelors ECA.
