3. In WES CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMARY, you will never get these specific words: “Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years.” So if are waiting for those words to select "Two or more..." in your Express Entry profile then good luck.
i guess nobody is waiting for those words on WES assessment sheet, as all here know WES never uses those terminologies to describe Canadian equivalency.

No they don't their policy is to give you the ECA for the highest assessment you submit to them (ie if you send PHD, Masters, and Bachelors) your assessment will come back as PHD.

Not exactly...e.g. a masters in one country may not be equivalent to a masters in Canada.

As you can see in this forum a diploma for someone was assessed as secondary in Canadian equivalent.

That's the exact point I am trying to put across here.

"CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMARY" from WES is not a count for the number of degrees, certificates, etc. you have but simply a statement of your highest education level as per their assessment.

Example:

Educational Credential Assessment for Citizenship and Immigration Canada

CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMARY
Master's degree (four years)

CREDENTIAL ANALYSIS

1. Credential Authentication: Official transcripts were sent directly by the institution
Credential: Bachelor of Arts
Canadian Equivalency: Bachelor's degree (three years)
