where do we get out PR card application?? we never got it with the visa and we were not informed to bring any photos with us if we get it from the airport.

Yes, so if you "land" at an airport, you are sent to immigration area immediately with your landing docs. They will do the slightest interview ryt there, unless there is a major issue. Basically want to know where you are living, your sponsor, what you are bring with you etc etc. Then, normally if there is a problem with the photos (they are outdated), they should have a cam and take the picture for you that gets attached to your doc and serves as your photo on your PR card. In 1 month or so, no more than 8 weeks for sure, you should get your card in the mail at your canadian address. If for some reason you don't receive it, definetely call and inquire.
