please help sign sponsorship for mother with husband, now we are separated.

2. I sign sponsorship in 2008 with my husband. Now we are separated and I want to sponsor my mom by myself ( I have enough income now). How can I change my sponsorship agreement? I have been told that my husband have to sign spesial document which confirm that he does not want to be a sponsor any more, but I do not know where he is and will he sign it or not.
If anyone had similar situations before please help me with some information.

If you point out to him that if he doesn't sign the document, he will have to sponsor your mom for 10 years, he will most likely sign it. Now you just have to find him.
I'd advise getting a lawyer's advice. If you don't need a lawyer for everything, just get one to help you with this aspect of the file.
