please help, no where to continue after upload files to mycic

I am applying visitor visa via Mycic, but after I uploaded every required files, I can not find any where to continue to the next step.
Anyone else had the same problem before?
Should I restart the whole thing?

hmm..
that's odd are you sure you submitted EVERYTHING? I did mine last week and the "continue" button came up immediately after I submitted the last file I was missing

how about those optional file? should I upload them too?

Try uploading just one of the optional files, and see if it lets you continue. I had the same issue and I figured I would try uploading one of the optional files to see if it would let me proceed and to my surprise it did! The website is full of issues,so even though it says optional for the other 2 files, it might not let you proceed even after submitting all the required docs!

how about those optional file? should I upload them too?
