    system glitch. you can't do anything. this same thing happened to me last week - got the email, went to MYCIC and nothing was in there. Pretty god damn annoying if you ask me.

    I would suggest calling them or sending them an email, there is a form where you can fill out and you can ask for questions. Are you in the US? Tomorrow is the 2 week mark since I applied for mine - still no update or anything yet.. I was told it would take atleast 2 weeks to get an update..

    hmm.. that's odd are you sure you submitted EVERYTHING? I did mine last week and the "continue" button came up immediately after I submitted the last file I was missing
