I'm a Canadian citizen. I applied for my wife inland sponsorship in 2010 October she got first stage approval and very soon she will get her PR. But we had to visit in Bangladesh for an imergency reason so after arrival she applied for a visitor visa in Singapore beacause we want to go back to Canada together after 2 months Singapore visa office send a email asking for a letter and 400CDN for Authorization to return to Canada because before our marriage she applied for Refugee and wasn't approved. They refused the visit visa and they said her Authorization to return to Canada still under consideration. We have a 4 years baby. All of us staying in Bangladesh right now. Please help me.

If i am reading this right , you applied inland but your are not in Canada .. You can not apply inland and live outside the country with your wife. I'm really not sure how you are going to pull this one off . Lets hope a senior member can get you out of this mess .

Can any one help this man .. I don't have enough experience to even go there.

I don't think there is any real advice any of us can provide at this point. Agreed that an inland application requires both the applicant and the sponsor to remain in Canada. When they left, they should have withdrawn the inland application and applied outland. At this point I think all they can do is wait, hope the ARC is approved, hope a TRV is then approved so that the applicant can return to Canada, and hope the inland application isn't canceled since they are outside of Canada. This is a very unusual case. I'm actually surprised the application wasn't already canceled due to them being outside of Canada.

Any Canadian lawyer can give me any advice and do you have any contacts.
People here are too good and too helping, especially the senior members. But the issue in your post is that, it is not clear. Kindly write step by step and then ask the questions you have in your mind. And then if the members think that a lawyer is needed in that situation they will definitely ask you to get help from lawyer. But 1st you need to ask the correct and complete question :)

The details are extremely clear and the issue is very clear. I don't think more information is required. Here's what happened in sequence:

1) OP's wife applies for refugee status in Canada and is refused, doesn't leave Canada
2) OP sponsors wife inland
3) Inland application receives first stage approval
4) OP and his wife leave Canada
5) OP's wife applies for a visitor visa to return to Canada and is understandably refused due to the failed refugee claim
6) OP and his wife are instructed to file an ARC (needed due to the refused refugee claim)
7) OP and his wife are still waiting for the ARC to be approved so that she can return to Canada and the inland application can continue to be processed

I got it now and thanks for the sequencing. What I have learnt so far about Inland applications is that if the applicant leaves CIC due to ANY reason the case is rejected straightforward. If ARC is still under consideration are they able to apply for TRV again or what? Will CIC still consider the Refugee rejection ?

As I mentioned in my first reply to this thread, I'm surprised the inland application hasn't already been canceled since both the sponsor and applicant are outside of the country. And as also mention in my first reply to this thread, this is not a standard case and I don't think any of us here are in the position to provide any real advice.

No - they cannot apply for a TRV without an approved ARC.

I don't understand what you mean by "will CIC still consider the refugee rejection". The ARC is specifically required to overcome the refugee refusal.

Thank you! Why you mind if a wrong question (may be to be sure 100% is asked for or for any xyz reason) or the repeated question is asked? This forum is made to ask questions and get hep even if these are wrong, Admins are there for this purpose. I am just surprised the way you answering. Anyways I do no want to be here to BEAR you anymore. Be chill and get relaxed. Bye

has the OP checked the status on e-cas? no mention of that. it may so happen that they received the interview mail and the application got cancelled due to lack of response. they may be out of the country for years.

Still no news about the ARC should I apply for TRV one more time my daughter needs to go back to her school and my wife own a house in Canada we need to pay our mortgage and loans bills

No - there is no point applying for a TRV until your wife has an approved ARC. There is no chance the TRV will be approved without an approved ARC.
