Hi Everyone,

I am very lost with the application process. I have all my application and have found the address I need to send the form too. My application for for the general certificate and a certificate of outstanding criminal proceedings are both in english so I was wondering if anyone knows if the certificate they will issue will also be in English or if it will be issued in italian.

Also I am still not entirly sure on how much I need to pay and exactly how to pay the fees. I cannot seem to get in touch with anyone so I would really appreciate any help as I need the certificate soon.

Could anyone who has also applied let me know roughly how long it took to revive their certificate and if you used an agency or not.

The certificates will be in Italian, you will need also the certified translations. Not sure about how much you will need to pay and how long it will take due to the current situation (covid 19)

Stamp Duty - 16 Euro, Certificate Fee - 3.87 euro, urgently 3.97 Euro Total - 23.84 for EACH certificate, 5.5 euro for Postapriority Internazionale, Total Bank transfer - 53.18 Euro PLUS bank transfer fee from India - about 15 EURO ( as informed by my bank). TOTAL - 70 EURO
Did you get your certificates?
I don’t understand this line about extra 15 euros. Do I have to add 15 euros + to pay bank transfer fee if I do it from Canada?

I found some contact and came to know that certificates were posted through priority post from Rome judicial records office on 24th Jan. However I have not yet received the certificates. Considering the urgency and translation time/cost involved, I have now engaged a Rome based agent. Finger crossed !!
Hi I was wondering how long it took for you to revive the certificates and if you used an agent, what agent you used and if they sped up the process?
thanks in advance

Yes, you can receive the certificate in this terrible period. The agency can have the certificates within 2 weeks. Send me a private message and I will provide the details.

Hi friends

I have the same issue regarding PCC from Italy, I lived in Torino for more than 2years and I have some questions:

1- I should send an E-mail to the Procura della Repubblica di Torino or Roma.?
2- I sent an E-mail to both of them to ask about the process but I'm not sure about the Bank Account number it.
3- I found a link from a received email from IRCC which says documents are needed
  1. Certificato dei carichi pendenti
  2. Certificato Casellario Giudiziale
so which form is working for them? Form number03 is enough? or Number5 & 6 should fill them?

thanks
