You should use WES' free Assessment tool to evaluate your wife's ECA. If it comes as bachelor four years than yes, it should be counted as post secundary of 3 years or longer.talktoudaykumar said:Hi

If you have work experience in Information system, you should go for that occupation if it is in the list
Even in canada your NOC will be as per your work experience, not as per education.
There are several examples like Chemical engineers and B.tech people got PER because of their job duty in NOC of marketing professional without holding MBA, just because of their work experience.
However, you can frame your job duties in a way that represent that you are using your Industrial Engg skill in profession of Information system.
