Hi friends
I am too confused with the new point system
I would be glad if someone will calculate my points

Age-23
Education-
10 (Year 2007) + I.T.I (Refrigeration Air Conditioning Mechanic Year-2010)
12 (Year 2010) + B.C.A Bachelor of computer Application (year 2013)

Ielts- L-7, R-6, W-5, S-6 overall-6

Marital status- single

Experience- 4years from aug-2010 as Refrigeration Air Conditioning Mechanic

No canadian experience
No canadian education
No arranged employment
No provincial nominee

It's a complex system. Please calculate yourself using several of the calculators or the original CRS page. And post your conclusions, we'll validate it for you.

are there any points for canadian education also

There are points for education - whether it is foreign with an ECA or Canadian Education. No special points are awarded for Canadian education.

You should use WES' free Assessment tool to evaluate your wife's ECA. If it comes as bachelor four years than yes, it should be counted as post secundary of 3 years or longer.

Your CLB are:
Listening: CLB 7
Reading: CLB 9
Writing: CLB 10
Speaking: CLB 7

HI idefix

Education + language: Master's (level 7) AND all 4 CLB 7+ = 25pts
Foreign work xp: 5+ years AND all 4 CLB7+ = 25pts
Total 50pts in skill transferability for you.

Note you need to have ALL 4 language abilities in CLB9+ to obtain more points.

Thank you . Looking forward for EE.
Wish you happy new year to all forum members and hope every one gets desired visa this year.

What I understand is they check how close your experience and job duties are in their designated occupations in demand.
If you have work experience in Information system, you should go for that occupation if it is in the list
Even in canada your NOC will be as per your work experience, not as per education.
There are several examples like Chemical engineers and B.tech people got PER because of their job duty in NOC of marketing professional without holding MBA, just because of their work experience.

However, you can frame your job duties in a way that represent that you are using your Industrial Engg skill in profession of Information system.
