It will update every week based on the no. of applications IRCC receives. 3-4 weeks after ecopr is ideal time to send an email to the team if we are not seeing any progress. it's the individual decision when to become little panic and start sending emails or trying to contact IRCC.

at least we know what is the card status and which production center it is. probably another 1-2 weeks.

As it confirms that cards are in production(not sent to production), which means it just mater of few days and at max one to two weeks. Just give them some time to process it.

You dont get any reply emails. There is no harm of sending details couple of times until you get portal email.

You should reply to the email with details multiple times unitl you get the credentials. One small trick you can try ( it worked for few), Try sending the reply early hours (i.e. between 8 AM - 8:30 AM) and wait until evening. If you dont get it then send it around (3:30 PM to 4:00 PM). Good...
