My Partner went to CEM 8:00AM MANILA TIME today and he was told to come back 3ish today also to pick up his PP with visa. So there is no way that he would finish all his errands today like PDOS.

He has to leave the country before aug. 24th so basically we only have 1 week left but totally fine for me.
we're just waiting for the photocopy of his PP and visa so we could issue his plane ticket right away.
his booking certificate was dated this monday for his day of departure and im thinking to get the sunday flight instead, so yeah, he'll be here in toronto next week and im totally excited .

Haha yeah it's not nice to be rushed out of the country .. But thats still way better than waiting more .. Hahaha i wonder what will happen to us july ppr.. Before i predicted id get my wife's visa by sept.. But now it looks like im gettin it early oct and be rushed in getting her here before end of oct to beat the visa expiry

Hi! Here's the reply of FRU to my consultant on Aug 1:

Unfortunately, we no longer have the original email sent to you on April 12, 2013.
What we have is the letter attached and the notation we made on file.
Guess this is once correspondence that fell in the cracks.

Nonetheless, we are moving forward with this case. We have received your client's passport and required documents.
These were forwarded to the visa officer for final review and will this happen within the next 2 weeks.

Kindly provide us with the complete mailing address with telephone numbers where the package is to be sent.

Hi meoh2595, thank you for answering my question!

Their reply to your case seems to imply that the end is coming pretty soon unlike their reply to mine... In the reply they are asking your mailing address and phone # so that you can receive the package.

They told me that they have received my 2nd medical but is still queued for review as well as my background review upon the receipt of results of checks they have initiated. I am not sure what exactly they mean by the "checks they have initiated" but that's okay. But I thought they have done background check and stuff because they have requested me to fill out and submit Appendix A (I believe this is what Filipino applicants get with PPR).

Oh well... I will keep praying!!

Sana nga bumilis na ang proseso. Malapit na yung sayo for sure. Let's stay positive! Yung regret ko lang na sana pala inenroll ko muna yung dependent ko sa Pinas. Bored na bored na yung bata. =(

naku 1year na din pala yung sayo possible pala talagang umabot ng taon... saglit na lang yan nezya pray pray lang tayo na sana matapos na ang strike para magpadala na sila na visa... bakit kaya umabot ng taon yung application mo? may additional document ba na hiningi sayo? curious lang po...

nag ppr kana ba? baka naman kulang kulang ang requirements mo kaya ganyn katagal ung iyo.
