yeah i used that link .. and yes it would redirect you .. but still just navigate thru it and it will lead you to the online application and online payment =)) .. that is a longer way .. but i dont know any other way so hahahah .. rather than nothing ..

baka naman yung nov and dec applicant, visa na lang ang kulang pero ppr na sila...

Not sure eh medyo naging un reliable na kasi yung spreadsheet since yung mga naka nilsta dun yung iba d nanaguupdate
