GLobal Case Management system .. it lets you access files that the government does .. for transparency purpose as well ..

in CIC .. gcms note .. siya yung notes na mag bibigay ng buong detail ng process .. like bakit matagal ang processing ano na ba ang nangyari sa papers mo ano ba mga problema .. i think all those kinds ..

5$ fee 30 days wait time siya .. good use of 5$ since you get info about your application that you wont really get from visa office ..

yeah i used that link .. and yes it would redirect you .. but still just navigate thru it and it will lead you to the online application and online payment =)) .. that is a longer way .. but i dont know any other way so hahahah .. rather than nothing ..
