yung CSQ, you have 2 copies, yung copy 3 is for the immigration at yung Copy 1 is yung para sa sponsored person...you have to send the copy 3 to the CEM kasi yun yung copy nila...i send the original copy 3 to the CEM since i already have my personal copy which is the copy 1...scan them also for...

the email you provided in your application will be use for updates regarding you application...if your application will be forwarded to visa office, the applicant will receive through email updates regarding PPR and other requested documents from CEM... :D
