Sad news came in today, we have received a refusal letter from the VO. Is is possible to maybe apply for a reconsideration for our application?

Ano po yong PER? I don't meet daw yong requirements according yong sa isang 'ACT' nila.

Tama Sinabi ni jijitpie, every month Siguro ang sked nila ng pag bigay ng ppr sa mi3 is 3rd week and 4th... Ganyan nanyare last month so Baka ganun na trend nila.. Sana magka ppr na lahat...

hi guys, remember yong timeline ng friend ko who got DM on may 8? she got her letter from the embassy at refused rin on grounds na 1 year lang kinonsider sa work experience nya... the embassy phoned her hospital and the secretary made a mistake with the date hired, though they sent an affidavit from the secretary, seguro the visa officer stuck to the information that was given during the phone interview, hence, kinulang sila sa 67 points

Share ko lang. I had a similar incident like that of your friend's. One of the reasons I was summoned by CEM for an interview was because when they phoned my employer's (a national hospital) HR the secretary claimed that I have been working there almost a year earlier than what I had stated in my visa application form. Baligtad naman, mas maaga rather than kulang. Also another one was yung source ng POF ko. CEM should have sent your friend an interview request instead para nalinaw muna. Ang strict ata nung officer na natapat sa kanya.

hi sis, should she send a letter asking for consideration? the phone interview happened before they were asked for additional docs to prove their common law relationship but since kasal na sila nong humingi ang v.o. nya, they were confident na magiging okay na ang lahat kasi hindi proof of work experience ang hiningi so nong biglang mag DM, nerbyos to the max talaga ang feeling naming lahat, eh preggy pa naman sya tapos si ron cruz said he had exactly the same lines as hers, as in exactly, so we kept our hopes and prayed kaso eto na nga ang refusal letter.... better kaya to explain her side and send latest payslips and other docs, etc?

Kung may agency siya better yung agency na lang mag write kasi sila yung representative. Kung legit naman na pasado talaga sila sa points at may error ang secretary perhaps they should write an appeal letter. It would be unfair if the years of work exp. goes uncredited.

Indeed, they shld make an appeal and ask a letter from the HR explaining that they had committed an honest mistake and also they have to include proofs that the PA has been working in that company as to the period declared.. Proofs like contract, sss records, pagibig records, ITR, payslips, etc... sayang din kc kung ndi sila mag aappeal as long as legit nman ipaglaban nila.. kung ndi legit i'd rather not appeal.. lol

It appears that CEM is still finalizing MI1 applications and could not process the MI3 batch simultaneously. Baka kulang sa manpower office nila. Masyado din siguro tayo nag-expect na magiging mabilis kasi yung MI2 marami sa kanila rapid ang processing.

im planning to apply this coming july 2012. may question po ako regarding s bank draft.. nakalagay po kasi n payable to Receiver general OF Canada un draft ko.. nabasa ko po s website just now na payable to Receiver general FOR Canada un draft.

Tatanggapin po b nila un draft ko? or need ko pabago?

Pls help... thanks in advance...
