good for you firestyle..it just means na they only want a copy of your SSS..they are not keen with dates..kasi sakin sa COE ko..may nakalagay dun na compensation..at sinali na dun ng personnel ang GSIS..so siguro basta alam nla na meron kang SSS or GSIS #..okay na yun..anyways..congrats!!
