All you can do is apply to a school and if accepted see if they offer a scholarship. Most scholarships are limitted to domestic students and to get approved for a student permit you still need to show your own savings although less if you receive a scholarship. Physiotherapy programs are quite small and very competitive to get accepted so I’m not sure how many foreign students are accepted. Would suggested researching each school that offers the program.
