Hi,
I am sponsoring my husband for permanent residency in Canada. He is preparing for his medical, and we are not sure about the photograph we need to take to the doctor. Is it as stated in Appendix B of the guidelines? Also, do we include these photographs with our completed application forms? Sorry about this....getting a bit befuddled!

Thanks,

Lynne

yeah just follow the instruction...goodluck then

Also you have to take with you these photos to the doctor, he/she need those photos while your meeting becouse they put it on your medicale file, you will see there, doctor will tell you, other four photos you need for the intial application forms.

Best of luck!

Thanks guys. Now I know what to do. This forum has been a god-send!

The document checklist in the region specific guide will tell you how many photos you need to provide with the application. It is 4 for the Buffalo office, 8 for the London office. It varies between offices.

The photos for the medical are in addition. Phone the doctors, they will tell you how many to provide.
