hi i have a question. is about my illigitimate son,
my wife sponsor me here in canada in 2012, and i landed in 2013.but i dint put my son in the application, because i dont have my name on my son birtcertificate, because when my son is born im 17 years old and his mother is only 14 years old. and where not married, so can i still sponsor my son? if i declared him in the philippines that he is my son?.. thanks for the reply..

1. If you failed to declare the child and he was not medically examined, then you can never sponsor him. It is also misrepresentation by failing to mention him in your application.

PMM is right. You decided not to declare your kid, so you can never sponsor him., not having your name in the Bith certificate does not make any difference, as you knew you are the father and decided not to mention it during the process of your apllication you made your son imadmissible under the Family Class. You can loose your PR status due to the misrepresentation.
