Want to sponsor my conjucal partner of 4.5 years, a girl from Philippines that was refused a visitor visa 2 years ago. I have continued to support her financially for over 4 years. She qualifies to work as Nanny, Caregiver, Housekeeper, and has been offered several jobs here in Canada....but nobody wants to get LMIA for her. Myself I was badly injured in car accident 5.5 years ago, and being disabled have been unable to fly to Philippines to meet her in person until December 2018 when I spent 25 days there. We both want more than anything to be together forever. I would like to live in Philippines but I learned I can not medically tolerate the 30 degree heat. Also I wanted to get her here to be my live in caregiver, but my income not high enough to qualify for LMIA, even though I have considerable amount of assets. Also, I get current homecare visits each morning and nights, which could be easily omitted if I had my long term GF let into Canada, and that would save our govt about $20-30,000 per year or whatever amount these daily home care nurses get paid.
Anyway I could apply under conjucal , as we have been a serious couple for now close to 5 years, but circumstances are that she can't get visitor visa or work permit to get here to be with me.
