Hi everyone..Do CIC keep a copy of application which was returned due to cap reached? Will be there any consideration for such applicants in the next year if the category 3131 is included in the 2012 NOC list?

I don't think so.
They reyurtned whole packet and do not keep much information .

No record been kept about ur file,u have to apply again

now NDVO will send u AOR.. generally this process takes a month.........in my case almost 1 month and 25 days left and i am waiting for AOR from NDVO

My application recieved 7th sep and i got my application back due to cap reached. You will also get ur application back soon.
