Pharmacist : 3131

dear all,
thank's for replying, there is no problem with my d.d, my travel agent make this d.d from h.d.f.c and this bank have a tie up with nova scotia bank in canada. so i will wait for 15 days. thank you. but still i have one quary that the number of application recieved by cic means what ? actual recieved by cic on that last date or the application that cheak and case the d.d on that date ? because my file was recieved by cic on 22/02/2011 and still my d.d was not case, so is there any worry about my file ?

from point of view cio count app. In cap once it pass completeness check. This include encashment of money. Cio takes max.15 days for bd encashment.

I just want to know whether AEO for regulated professions like Pharmacist is possible ...if yes what is the procedure and ..how much it may cost ..Who can help in obtaining an AEO....and does having AEO speed up the process of immigration or reduce the processing time...

May i know on what basis you conclude that your application is return ?

Oh.....Its negative sign...

Options...left is if you have AEO ( Arrange Emp. Offer ) but its costly . From my point of view...i think CIC will include 3131 NOC.

To be very honest... I am not having much information on AEO.

But i think AEO for Pharmacist is also possible.

but i know that Having AEO does not effect processing time IMO.

I do have an AEO verified by HRSDC and I have submitted my all the documents in Sept 2010.Nothing has happened after that CIC wrote to me in the begning of Feb that currently my file is being reviwed by an IO. Some one told me that its extremely difficult to get AEO for regulated professions ( Pharmacy Medical),but my friend was able to get for me. I have also completed PEBC initial evalution and I am planning to write the exam in Jan 2012 if I get the PR this year.
do you have any Idea does this AEO actually speed up the processing or its Just a fake claim on the CIC website. In my opinion it does not make any difference just it helps to get some 15 points and exempts from proof of funds (though not sure of this).
If you have any insight on this please enlighten me ....

HI everyone,

Iam not new here i applied on 0311 in last april.But i have one of my friend that send his application on 3131 as a pharmacist last week and it expected to arrive 7/3/2011,he is worried about he might not catch the caps.

so could you tell me how long it take it confirm that he is in the caps or not?
Does the file receiving means that he is accepted or they must reviewed before that and how long they reviwe it?
How long does it take between receiving the file and review it and give it the acceptance?

Dear Rammo,

File received at CIO does not mean that it is accept. Please advise your friend to check the encashment status of his Bank Draft / CC. The day it got charged ,he should assume to be in CAP.

CIO takes 10-15 days for all this.

Welcome to this thread. May i know that are you belong to India ? If i am not wrong then india is the only country that still offer to study Diploma in Pharmacy ( 2 years fulltime) . If you are from india & registered pharmacist with duties performed inline with NOC:3131 then yes .

Yes I m from India ,when this rules was comes I almost arranged all of my documents ,but unfortunately few of the famous consultants told me that cic want only degree holders person so that's why I didn't apply . Yes I am registered pharmacist from punjab but not living in India at the movement.

Dear Stillhope,

As i said D.Pharma can apply. I know the consultants sp. in gujarat no one is agreed to this.But they are only concern toward NOC :3131 employment requirement where it is mentioned Bachelor in Pharmacy is required. But here is the main thing where consultant is lacking in understanding. As per OP6 manual under 83(3) it is mentioned there that Officer should put more foucs on job duties not on employment requirement.

I am also D. Pharmacy holder . But now its too late for you to apply. As CAP is about to reach.
