PGWP stuck since 5 months, No response from IRCC

It took almost 6 months to approve, and yes I called them back to back, raised several web forms even mailed local area mayor.

Can you please let me know your timeline.
I have called IRCC several times,they are not ready to give the implied status letter.
I have raised webform,but no response.
Is there anyway to apply online ?
I am need to renew my health card as well, as I am currently pregnant, they are not ready to renew my health as I don't have letter from IRCC.Its really stressful, please let me know your processing time and how did you approached them or any other wayI can opt for.

Anyone who applied paper based PGWP extension due to passport expiry?

It's been 3 month since I submitted and raised webform to get the application number. They didn't provide me anything so far.

How long is it taking for a paper based application?
