Hello,
I applied for my PGWP on October 23rd and I got notification that you have passed the medicals on November 5 and suddenly after a two days I got a blank in the medicals fields. Is it a glitch?

It’s a glitch . Your medical is still valid and it will be accepted by IRCC. You can call them and also confirm again.
