PGP - 2021 -- Sponsorship of Parents - medical requested of independent siblings

I applied for PGP 2021. I received a request for their medical today. However, at the same time, I also received a request for the medical of my siblings as part of the same request. My siblings are 30+ years old, married, well settled in different countries around the world and have no plans of coming to Canada. One sibling is already a Canadian PR and yet they even requested his medical. Also, in all the medical requests, the address printed by IRCC is of my Toronto home while in my application, I gave the address of my parents of their home country. This doesn't make sense as why would I sponsor them if they are already living with me. I was informed earlier that application will be processed by Vancouver office.

1. Do I need to get the address changed in the medical form?
2. Do I have to do a medical of my siblings for sponsoring my parents?
3. I have already submitted a webform but it takes them around 3-4 months to reply while the medical form says submit medical in 30 days. Does anyone know of a quicker way to seek clarification/help?

You don't need to do medical for your siblings. Your parent can go for medical anywhere. You can update the address for your parents through web form.
And processed by vancouver office is spreading the work.
Just for my knowleadge Were your parents visit you in the past?

So you are sure that your siblings information is not included in IMM0008 by mistake as "dependent"?
And only 2 IMM 5406 were filled. One for each of your parents.

i forgot to mention you that you need send explanation letter through the web form regarding not doing medical for your siblings.
and try to link GC key
