Today IRCC announced a new digital case status tracker that will make it easier for some family class permanent residence applicants, sponsors, and their representatives to check their application status online:

I tried to create an account or sign in, but it throws an error:
Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on your application. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your application is not in our system yet.
Does it work for anybody?

Under the link you sent it's written "For the initial launch, the tracker will be available for permanent residence applicants in the spouse, partner and dependent child categories."
Are you doing PGP (Parents Sponsorship)?

Hello folks, my father got his passport back with visa and copr and he is planning to travel by april, now COPR says my mother name as acompanying dependent but she is already here. What shall my father show as proof to the immigration officer at port of entry that why she is not accompanying and is already in Canada?

She is accompanying as part of his PR application (the other option is non-accompanying which means she will not get PR when he gets PR). Did she get passport request or virtual landing in Canada?
If he is the principle applicant, your mom can only "land" after he has done so.

we got ppr letter that says my father name and my mother as dependent (her name is not mentioned anywhere in PPR letter) however COPR has her name.
She has not yet received virtual landing instructions, still waiting - so unless my father lands she won't get Virtual landing instructions?

The same error has been happened with me while creating my account. It seems, their site is not working

What is the Parents and Grandparents click counter Program (PGP)? Canadian citizens and permanent residents are able to sponsor their parents and grandparents to immigrate to Canada. Parents and grandparents approved under this program receive Canadian permanent residence and may eventually be able to apply for Canadian citizenship.

I got a letter for additional documents. It says attachment should be less than 5 Mb. But mine exceeds 5 MB and just one one them itself is 7.5 MB.
By email I sent just like that? Will they open if it is bigger. I tried submitting by web form and it is even less and is not taking any file above 3.5 MB.
Can someone suggest any other option.

You mean a visitor visa?
