Please don’t quote me on that but when I applied for my MIL supervisa she had the same issue of not having last name. I entered her first name in last name section and left first name empty. Also attached an explanation letter.

1) we do not need to show income documents during application now right? It need to be shown after we got invitation.
2) If my self and my brother both apply separately for our parents, will it be duplicate entry? even the applicant is different?

you can refill the document, they will mark the older one duplicate

Hi. If there is no surname recorded on their passport, you should put their entire name in the surname field and leave the given name field blank: cic.gc.ca/english/ helpce.. Hope this helps! oi 27

1. That's correct. You only need Canadian status document
2. No. they are 2 separate applications
