The seat for course are also limited so i have to register now, but i dont know what the hell is Delhi HC doing. Because of late registration i didn't get chance to take comp course in fall sem i guess i wont be able to take it in winter as well.

I am not sure what to do because the deadline for univ fee for winter is 1 dec and in our country we cant sent money directly for that only option is student loan, and it take 15-20 days to process the loan. I am confused either to issue loan or not because by any chance if application gets rejected ..... and if i didn't issue loan and visa got approved, i guess it will be late to pay fee on time and my univ is now allowing me to register course for winter until i paid the fee.

I honestly feel bad for Indian applicants. They don’t open VAC, they don’t issue PPR, and they don’t even allow applicants to send them emails. wth are they doing?

They are just busy saying why to apply in canada to those who are waiting for OPR.
I mean the one that join their webinar are all waiting for their OPR but still they keep explaining why to study canada

This is sad but so funny at the same time. I honestly don’t understand why they don’t allow student applicants to send them emails?

At least our DLI is on the list with online learning, many couldn't get that privilege. I myself applied in May 2020 and we are so far into it that there is no turning back now.

No I highly doubt they will do everything in one month. Like I really feel bad for Indian applicants. Like we are all waiting for PPR but at least everything is normal in my country, just their process is super slow. But Indian applicants get nothing...

At least your DLI is on the list with online learning, many couldn't get that privilege. I myself applied in May 2020 and we are so far into it that there is no turning back now.

That privilege doesn't mean anything to Delhi HC. Either DLI in list or not its same for them bcz they are not issuing OPR

I think the next two 2021 intakes will be put on hold for entirety judging by the Fall 2020 backlogs. They cannot continue without clearing backlogs. It's impossible to be processing both at the same time.

They did introduce a two way courier service for processing PPR but the problem is they are turtle slow, adamant to send PPR requests even after BVL and phase based opening of VFS will delay things for those of us waiting for PPR.

Wow me too I received my biometrics validation letter in 16 October but no updates yet.
