I really wonder why they would finalize applications from July and defer the ones from June. Many people that applied in July/gave biometrics in July are getting OPRs meanwhile earlier applications are marginalized.
How did you know ppl applied in July got PPR? I don’t know I’m from China but I saw most people got PPR are August and September applicant. Some people who applied in March got PPR too.
Lol, there are people who applied in August and in September who got their PPRs. But of course, those have their DLIs on the list.

AIP? If medical passed and AIP, then being followed by BVL is good news. I am wondering why you did not get a final decision shortly after your BVL.
Darn, totally forgot you are waiting after BVL as well. That is a long wait after BVL, but at least you can rest assured that it is, God willing, good news.
I am not sure what to do because the deadline for univ fee for winter is 1 dec and in our country we cant sent money directly for that only option is student loan, and it take 15-20 days to process the loan. I am confused either to issue loan or not because by any chance if application gets rejected ..... and if i didn't issue loan and visa got approved, i guess it will be late to pay fee on time and my univ is now allowing me to register course for winter until i paid the fee.
Did you explain the situation to your uni? They should be able to allow registration for you. I am also currently attending a university in the UAE and if I do not get a final decision soon I will not know whether I will complete or transfer, so I will miss early registration in my uni.
That's why we should defer when we get the chance because the seats can get filled up quickly and they might raise the fees. Your visa cannot be refused at this point, to the max it can be delayed other than that I don't see any other possibilities.
