1) If you have an EE profile, how can one apply to PEI PNP? Just fill in that form on their website and send by mail? or has the process changed?
2) Along with that form $300 CAD needs to be sent?
3) What are the NOCs open for PEI PNP?
4) Need job offer to apply for this PNP?

Anyone can shed a light on these questions?

Nothing is mentioned on this site about "requiring job offer" to apply and here http://www.canadavisa.com/eligibility-requirements-prince-edward-island-provincial-nominee-program.html I read:-
Minimum Requirements for Applicants

In order to be eligible under the Skilled Worker Stream of the Labour Impact Category, applicants must:

  • Have a full-time, long-term (at least two years) job offer from a PEI employer in a skilled position (NOC 0, A or B level);

Which one to believe? :(

That's the skilled worker stream. The express entry stream is different. For the express entry stream you just send off an expression of interest to that email using the form.

Okkk.

1) So all the NOCs under CIC are acceptable under PEI PNP, right?
2) Like other nomination programs, do they also have a intake limit? If yes, do they declare it anywhere on their website? For e.g. SINP declares when it opens, how many intakes it will take under different streams.
3) How long are the processing times of PEI PNP? Any idea?

1) yes
2) Not sure and don't appear to declare it
3) I sent off an expression of interest a few months ago and nothing yet. Once they say "yes - please apply" can only assume it's as long as the others (long time)

PEI PNP EXPRESS ENTRY IS NOW CLOSED FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2016

Please be advised that the Province of PEI has filled its 2016 Express Entry allocation this calendar year. Our office will continue to review applications that may potentially be considered in the new year, based on program criteria. We thank you for your patience in relation to this matter and would be happy to discuss Provincial Nominee Program criteria that you may also consider.

Any idea when the door for 2017 PEI PNP EE will open? Or you can send EoI anytime for 2017 intake?

Can someone answer my question? :)

PEI PNP is open, never closed.

Just send your EOI and if they're interested in you, they'll contact you.
