Pcc required if I have travelled abroad after profile submission before ppr?

friends please help:

I have added my spouse to my profile( post ppr and before landing) and have submitted her application. I have submitted her Indian pcc( done in nov 2017) and complete application. now I have been asked to share her Saudi Arabia ppc(they generally request this Saudi Arabia pcc if required after application submission.)

to get the Saudi Arabia pcc She has to travel to Saudi Arabia and now my question are:

If She travels to Saudi Arabia

1. Do She have to get the Indian pcc again?

2. Do She have to share updated travel history which includes this current travel of Saudi Arabia ?

Does she have legal residence status in Saudi? Only those with valid Iqama can get certificates from Saudi. I lived there for 4 years but I wasn’t asked for it. I just uploaded in a plain paper the Special notes from here:
