PCC question - experts help please

Hello there,

According to the IRCC website, PCC not for the country where you currently live must be issued after the last time you stayed there for 6 months or more in a row.

My husband lived in Oman for 2 years and had a residence card from 2009 to 2011. After he left the residence expired. He got the PCC from Oman in October 2018, however he traveled there on a visit visa for 1 week in November 2018.
We submitted the Oman PCC with our application and got AOR in December 2018. Therefore, could you please confirm that there is no issue with having the PCC date before his one week visit?

If I am not mistaken, you cannot get the PCC from a Middle East country on visit visa anyway. And what you've done is correct as per IRCC regulations. If the case officer raises any query, that time you can explain or try to get a new PCC (if possible at all).
