PCC(POLICE CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE)

Since i have lived in winnipeg and quebec would i need pcc from both of them? Or will it be just one canada wide?

the requirement is to get a PCC for every country EXCEPT CANADA. You do not provide the PCC for Canada (unless CIC requests it later).

I have a quick question here,
So, one pcc from our local PSK is enough and that document can vouch for us in entire India irrespective of different states we lived??
