If your are in Toronto and you have an Indian passport, this is for you:

1. Print outs of the application form (1)
2. Print outs of the reference forms (3)
3. Passport size photos - 35mm x 35mm (4)
4. Your Original Passport
5. Your Original Work Permit
6. Xeroxes of the bio pages of your passport, your VISA stamped pages, and your work permit (self attest them)
Filling the Application Form:
1) Indian Address will be the address on your passport
2) In the last table fill all the places you have stayed in India but you do not require to mention different addresses in the same city
3) Fill three reference forms with the same information as filled on the application form
4) On all 4 forms (Application and Reference) stick photographs on the top right hand corner.
Steps:
1. Go to the reception counter
2. Tell them you want PCC and they will give you a token.
3. Your turn will take an hour or less depending on the rush. Use the time to fill the forms in case you have not already done that at home.
4. Go to the counter where your token is called.
5. Give all the documents, he/she will feed the information into the computer, probably take 5 to 10 minutes.
6. They will give option of courier/post depending on your urgency. (FedEx Courier costs around 40 dollars more)
7. You will then give cash or debit card to do the payment.
8. They will keep your original passport and work permit and give you an acknowledgement receipt which has a tracking number to track your application online.
Timeline:
We were told it takes anywhere between 4 to 6 weeks unless your passport was renewed in Toronto but we received ours in exactly two weeks ;D
