PCC and MCC required from other country?

Hi friends,

I am trying to apply for express entry, though my CRS is less for now but giving ielts exam again to improve it.
Reason for posting this question is that my consultant is asking for PCC and MCC, which i understood that i need to get it done after recieving ITA, but she said that as I stayed for 8 months in new Zealand in 2009, for that also I have to provide the same. Is it true and if it is then how will I get the doc now, as it has been approx 10 yrs I visited that country?

If you stayed in New Zealand for 8 months, your consultant is correct in that you will need a PCC for it.

Your approx 10 years are less than 10 or just over 10?

Like I mentioned, it was in 2009, so it is less than 10 yrs.

It was from feb2009 to aug2009
