from what i remember from the guides if u r outside Canada the only way is online....it's a straightforward process; if u have bought things online before u won't have any issueConnie77 said:

Yes, you can pay only online or a canadian bank. Here the link to the page that explains online payment: https://eservicesak.cic.gc.ca/epay/welcome.do?lang=en
You can do either, but it's faster if you do it online at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/index.asp (you get receipt immediately vs. having to wait for it to get mailed if you pay at the bank).Connie77 said:

When we paid at the bank we had to get a special receipt form. You can either get these by ordering (too slow) or, if you are in a city with a university, their international office has stacks of them and you can get a few copies for free. You just have to go in and ask at their reception desk. I know the University of Ottawa and Carleton U has them readily available.
