has anyone been refused or get their application returned for been ineligible for whatever reason.
I am just curious.Why do you guys ask this kind of question?
If one is eligible and meet the criteria for the application,why will they refuse the person?
We need to have a positive mindset please.
They only reason(s) an application can be returned could be;
You did not sign.
Incomplete fillings.
You did not meet up with the requirements.
Your Lawyer did not sign the representative form
Etc.

We have the same timeline.
Haven't heard anything from them since then. I called the immigration yesterday. The agent told me they are still doing their background check.
God knows how many months it will take them to do background checks

I honestly dont think they have reach any application intake. If that is the case the minister will have said it at the initial stage of how many applications they intend to process.

Just keep your finger cross and hope for the best. Many people are still submitting applications and many have submitted their application with the 120 hours requirements and waiting to complete their remaining hours.

Those who have submitted medicals and police certificate after getting their AIPs hoping to have received COPR called them too,the customer service agent said they are running background checks.I see that response as a general statement to everyone irrespective of the level they have reached.
I dont also think they have reached the numbers they want to accept.The minister would have announced it I believed.

I feel they have alot to handle and less personnel to do this work due to Covid.

A friend got her COPR yesterday.

I don’t think so too but here’s my observation ;
Almost everybody that submitted January had received their AIP within 2 weeks of getting their AOR , while most people that submitted after February 15 are yet to receive AIP ? Why ? Those are the questions that keeps banging in my brain ?
Maybe they’ve switched to another Application category or ........... many more Maybe’s -Who knows !!!
But despite we’re still optimistic and we’re looking unto God for Good News ......
