Thank you.

Atleast, congratulate me first.
If you can rephrase your question,I might be able to answer.
Congrats :)
So my question,

One of the requirements was to have worked for a minimum of 6 months full-time (30 hours per week) or 750 hours (if working part-time) total experience (obtained no later than August 31, 2021),

Considering the part time, can someone count 40 hours a week of work? Or did IRCC implement a rule where only 30 hours maximum per week can be counted?

In that same minimum of 6 months, dont forget 120 hours is a must between March and August 2020.Irrespective of 30 hours a week as part time or 40 hours a week.

Did you meet up with the 120 hours at the stipulated time?

Hi everyone, Has anyone received an email from H&C regarding withdrawing refugee claim? They asked me to withdraw my claim. I received AIP on Jan, 19. @Blac Kelly.. I believe our timeline is close, have you received anything like that?

I never recieved any mail like that. Different officers handling our files the way they like. My AIP was feb 6 and no COPR yet. A friend of mine not on this forum got COPR yesterday and his AIP was feb 1st. He wasn’t asked to withdraw his refugee claim, they did it for him by themselves. Just withdraw ur refugee claim on time that might be the reason they av been delaying ur COPR. Best of luck
