He should just fill the form. Take note of the starting date and end date. Then job descriptions/ daily tasks at work should be clear and simple
Yes nah. They will only ask you what you gave them.
Though,I don’t know the exact question in the form they sent to him.
On a serious note, how come this person application is so fast.
I know of peeps who are yet to get AIP since Jan and Feb.

Claim refused or pathway refused. Your question is not clear? Did the person meet up the 120hrs and 6 months? Were there proofs she was on maternity leave hence couldn't work? Cos I heard and know someone on maternity leave that applied and was approved. Alot of proofs documents has to be filed with write up explaining the circumstances.
It's pathway refused. She did not work during the pandemic bcos she was on maternity and she produced lots of proof to show, that was why she was cleared and asked to apply for quebec selection in the first place

Then

Then let her meet with a lawyer, make her case again and re apply. Possibly the officer handling her application deemed she didn't qualify. My 1 cent advice to her though!

Congratulations! Its almost over! If you are in Ontario and you have been here for more than 5 months, you can use your AIP to apply for your OHIP card. Theres no wait time and you would be covered immediately.

Eligibility while waiting for permanent residency status
To be eligible for AHCIP coverage while waiting for your Permanent Resident (PR) confirmation from IRCC, you must have a valid Canada entry document or a letter from IRCC indicating a “positive first decision” has been made regarding your application for permanent residency. This letter is not confirmation your application was received.

If you receive a “positive first decision” letter from IRCC and your AHCIP was cancelled, send a copy of the document along with your completed AHCIP application and other required documents to the AHCIP office.

Your AHCIP coverage can be reinstated to the date of the “positive first decision” letter but not earlier. Learn how to apply for health coverage and the documents you need.

I just found this. I'm guessing they are referring to AIP. So you can always try to apply.

Have you tried applying for CCB? Do you know if they will pay the arrears starting from when you got AIP?
Does anyone have info about this too?
