Anyone tried calling IRCC in the last two days, they are only deployed to respond to Afghanistan issues for now, so you can't make any enquiry about your application by phone call for now, I have a feeling it might also affect responses to our application, I pray peace be restored to Afghanistan soon. I hope someday soon we will all receive the Goodness we are expecting. Take care everyone.

She already got her asylum claim put on hold, while waiting for the AIP,only to get a letter from her lawyer that the claim has been refused
Claim refused or pathway refused. Your question is not clear? Did the person meet up the 120hrs and 6 months? Were there proofs she was on maternity leave hence couldn't work? Cos I heard and know someone on maternity leave that applied and was approved. Alot of proofs documents has to be filed with write up explaining the circumstances.

This refers to your application for permanent residence from within Canada on humanitarian and compassionate grounds.

Review of your file indicates that the following information/documents are now required:

Should you fail to respond to this request letter within 7 days, your application may be refused.

Hi, did the person apply for H&C or pathway? Did he/she claim he’s working for the government? U need to ask the person those questions. Then if he/she used lawyer, let the lawyer look into it
