Pathway PR Colombians

Hello,

I moved from MB to Gatineau QC on september. I'm applying for the new PR Pathway for colombians. I live in Gatineau QC but intend to move to Ottawa once my parents arrive. The application form says I cannot apply unless I reside outside of QC. Can I still apply to the program and attach a letter expressing that we intend to move to Ottawa in the next year o so?

You can certainly try but there will likely be a very high chance of refusal.

For those who were out of the program because the province of Quebec decided to not participate in the humanitarian program for colombians, venezuelians and haitians, we're gathering firms to claim consideration at both provincial and federal levels.
