Passports to CPC Ottawa - September 2016

Yes I sent it to the PO Box address on 8th Sep (Thursday) and it was delivered on 12th Sep (Monday). I could see the delivery details and signature of recipient.

You will only see a signature if it was sent XpressPost, not if it was sent by regular mail

Has anyone sent their passports to PO Box 9780 address?

Because I sent it yesterday, and I don't see any signature on my item according to Canada post.

Case approved and closed in Mycic today. Tracker still dormant.

You are right, my passport arrived in CPCO today, and I saw a signature on it.

Hopefully I will receive COPR soon

Can anyone tell me average timeline for COPR ? I am planning for travel outside Canada in 20 days. Any chance I could get passports back by then ?

I have sent my passport on 28th Sept. Expected delivery is 30th sept.

Hoping to get my COPR soon and congratulations to all who have already received it. best of luck to all who are still waiting. Hope everyone gets it soon. Based on what I read it is taking around 2 weeks.

How to track next updates after submitting passports to CIC ?
I see that Canada post tracking number says the passport has been reached. What next ? My BG still shows in progress ?
What are the next updates I should look for ? Any ideas ?

If you are willing to land in-city, call CIC today and ask them to contact your city office to make an appointment for you. They should have all the information they need after the case been approved.

My parents PR has been approved but tracker not activated yet. What is the best number to contact CIC to book landing appointment within City? I have never contacted them before via phone.
