Hi @krunal2904 May I ask what time did you go to BLS Brampton? I'm planning to go there by 7 AM on Wednesday as walk-in.

My daughters OCI (minor) has similar issue. I haven't given it much thought. Hopefully it's not an issue. Basically they have to type in the info at immigration instead of a quick swipe.

Received Citizenship certificate in the mail today Oct 07; virtual oath ceremony was on Sep 27. Now on to passport application. For those still waiting, wishing you my best and hoping you get your citizenship soon!

Finally got through BLS call centre, agent advised if I travel with Indian passport, I will have to pay a penalty/fine later when I surrender passport. Agent also said passport surrender process and visa/OCI application is independent. I have to do both, but OCI will be processed in 5-7 weeks...

Mine arrived by email. My tracker was updated on Sep 06, received email invite Sep 15. Oath ceremony scheduled on Sep 27. Processing office is Mississauga.

Just received email with oath invitation. Virtual ceremony scheduled for Sep 27th.

Hi, did you receive the email yet? my online tracker was updated on Sep 06. Ceremony is scheduled for Sep 27th, but I haven’t received the email yet.

Guys my ECAS was updated on Sep 06 but I didnt receive an email with details of oath ceremony. I tried calling CIC and even sent a web form; but I haven’t received any response. Does anyone have any idea whom I can contact to get details for my oath ceremony? It’s scheduled for Sep 27th.

Online tracker updated today, oath ceremony scheduled for Sep 27th. Today being a Stat holiday I am expecting oath invite e-mail to come by tomorrow. Will update here once received.

Answered the test on May 13th. All checks completed on July 07th. Awaiting Oath Ceremony email since then. I emailed CIC via webform last week, received response that file is complete, no additional documents required. Asked to wait for oath invite. I called CIC last week too, same response.

That's fantastic! When is your oath ceremony scheduled? I had read in another post that the oath ceremony was scheduled in October 2021!

I would suggest you wait for CIC instructions.

@rajkamalmohanram How to determine processing office? I looked at my test invite letter, but there was no mention of that.

ECAS is the old portal. I was curious whether they are updating in both places.

I checked ECAS and it states ‘Decision Made’

No I didn’t have any interview after the test
