Mine was delivered on June 13th, and approved on June 15th, but I haven't received mine back. Anyone calling from the US? What number are you using? The 1-613-944-4000 is not working for me.

It is the right number. You have to keep trying again and again until you get to an agent. When the call volume increases beyond a certain threshold they shut down the call center number. So keep trying.
