I would check with FedEx on the expiry of the return label. Since you paid for it I am guessing it really does not matter of the shipping date on the return table is in the past. As long as the return label is not used it should be ok to use it when ever, even after the ship date.

You have to fill both custom forms .. you can put maximum $100 as value. Anything higher needs evaluation and hence not advisedFor those you who've sent from US, using FedEx or UPS.
Can you share the link for the customs form you had to fill? and what $ value did you put in it.
Did you fill customs form for both outgoing and return?
Also, Since FedEx envelope is of one size, for return how did you manage to put an envelope inside the outgoing envelope?
